Thomas C. Pavlik is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from St. Edward High School in Lakewood, Ohio. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. Mr. Pavlik graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the Backus School of Law of Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.

Mr. Pavlik's practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Tom represents small companies and individuals in these areas. He is a member of several Bar Associations including the Cuyahoga and Cleveland Bar Associations. He is a frequent speaker at legal seminars and Continuing Legal Education courses.

An avid fly fisherman, Mr. Pavlik also loves to fish for Lake Erie yellow perch. He is an accomplished sailor and has raced competitively. Winter finds him skiing both in the eastern and western Unites States. He is a duck hunter and a Life Member of Ducks Unlimited. Golf is another sport he enjoys. Mr. Pavlik also supports Whitetails Unlimited, Pheasants Forever as well as many local sportsmen groups.
